Bronte Precision provide sub-contract manufacturing services using the latest in multi-axis CNC machinery. In the past five years, we have gone from being a jobbing machinist to focusing on components that are larger in size and/or with a higher level of complexity. We work on components that have intricate geometries, tight tolerances and that involve multiple process steps.
We Can Work With
Everything we make is bespoke to our customer’s needs. We can work from technical drawings, CAD files, existing components or even photographs. The more information you can provide us the more accurately will be able to quote your job and for sensitive/confidential components we are more than happy to sign a non-disclosure.
Materials
We work with a very wide range of materials and grades. Everything from engineering plastics such as Nylon through to Mild and Stainless Steels and even hard alloys such as Cast Inconel. We can source materials for our customers and also work with free issued castings and fabrications.
Volumes
There is no such thing as a typical batch size here at Bronte. We will quite often work on 1 offs through to 1000 off. Generally speaking, much of what we work on will be small to medium production volumes, and we can happily provide prices at higher and lower volumes so you can see where we will be the most cost-effective.
